We will gladly exchange any item(s) returned in its original packaging or issue you a refund. Otherwise, you are responsible for shipping your return/exchange. Sale items are not returnable.
If you have changed your mind regarding your order that has already been shipped, please DO NOT refuse the package(s) as a return delivery charge will be deducted from your refund.
You are welcome to pick up your order in person Sunday-Thursday between 10 am - 8pm or Friday & Saturday between 9 am - 9 pm. To do this, please select the in-store pick up option during the checkout process.
Please contact us before arriving to ensure your order is ready.
If you have selected in-store pick up and want to switch to delivery, please contact us ASAP with your order number.
If you receive a shipment with a damaged item, please contact us within the next business day so that we can resolve the problem as quickly as possible and file a claim the US Postal Service.
